Croatia, the eternal servant and spineless follower, was the subject of a provocative video posted by the YouTube channel “Lazomer,” which has since been widely circulated in Serbian media.
In the video, Lazomer criticizes Croatia’s historical pattern of siding with foreign powers, claiming that “regardless of who the occupiers are at any given point in history, they are greeted with flowers and flags.” The video contrasts this with how Serbs, according to the narrator, “reach for their rifles, sling them over their shoulders, and leave their homes—often never to return—because they understand that freedom has no price, even when it is paid for in the lives of millions of our ancestors.”
