Starting Monday, May 26, online instruction will resume at the Faculty of Occupational Safety and the Faculty of Arts at the University of Nis.
The Faculty of Occupational Safety announced that make-up classes for fall semester courses will be conducted via the Microsoft Teams platform. Students will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to use the platform.
At the Faculty of Arts, fall semester make-up classes will also run from May 26 through June 21. The make-up exam period for the January exam session is scheduled from June 23 to July 5, 2025. Spring semester classes—lectures, exercises, and midterms—for the 2024/2025 academic year will begin on July 7 and continue until September 27, according to a decision by the Faculty Council.
University of Nis Rector Jovan Stepanovic stated yesterday that the academic councils of 10 faculties have already voted to resume instruction. He noted that the Faculty of Agriculture in Krusevac never suspended classes, and that remaining decisions from the final three faculties are expected next week.
Meanwhile, all faculties at the University of Kragujevac have also resumed instruction, primarily through online classes.
