European Union Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, praised Serbia’s recent adoption of new media laws, describing the development as a promising advancement on the country’s path toward EU membership.
In a statement posted on her official X (formerly Twitter) account, Kos wrote:
“Yesterday’s adoption of three new media laws in Serbia marks an encouraging step forward. It is essential that Serbia keeps up the momentum, completes the remaining reforms, and continues progressing on its European journey.”
