Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic attended an event in Budapest, hosted by Hungarian President Tamas Sujok and Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
“The day in Budapest passes under the sign of the exceptional hospitality of our Hungarian friends. Working meetings, as well as dinner, with excellent food, wines, and a tradition that unites Hungary and Serbia, are a symbol of mutual respect and a shared commitment to further developing bilateral relations,” wrote the President of Serbia on the Instagram account “buducnostsrbijeav”.
Vucic emphasized that the working meetings and the dinner served as another opportunity to reinforce the partnership, personal ties, and friendship between the two nations. He also highlighted that discussions centered around new joint initiatives aimed at further enhancing cooperation and laying the groundwork for stronger connections and a brighter future for Serbia and Hungary and their citizens.
“Thanks to Viktor for his friendship. Serbia will always be a reliable partner and a sincere friend to Hungary, just as we know that Hungary will always be a friend, partner, and ally to Serbia,” stated Vučić, who, along with his Instagram post, also shared several photos from today’s meetings and dinner in Budapest, as well as from the session of the Strategic Cooperation Council between Serbia and Hungary in which he participated.
