Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Federica Mogherini, the former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and now Dean of the College of Europe.
Vucic wrote that Mogherini, with her extensive experience in European diplomacy, has a deep understanding of European politics, the region, and Serbia.
“A very substantial conversation with the Dean of the prestigious College of Europe, Federica Mogherini, about geopolitical circumstances, accelerating Serbia’s European path, and our reform processes, particularly in the field of education,” Vucic posted on Instagram.
He added that Serbia is focused on the opportunities this educational institution can offer to students from Serbia, helping to develop their knowledge and expertise in the area of European integration, while also shaping them into future leaders who will contribute to the development and progress of their country.
“Federica Mogherini, as the former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, is someone who knows European politics, the region, and Serbia very well. Therefore, we also discussed the best methods and practices that our country can apply to take advantage of the new momentum in the EU regarding enlargement policy,” Vucic added.
