Dragan Djilas went to the Palace of Justice today, complaining about why the prosecution hasn’t filed charges over alleged corruption in the reconstruction of the Railway Station in Novi Sad. Yet, the person now speaking out against corruption is the very individual who has been labeled corrupt by the Anti-Corruption Council. As a high-ranking official, Djilas was involved in signing contracts between RTS and other state-owned companies—contracts that also benefited his own businesses. He even admitted to making 619 million euros from these companies.
The irony of Djilas calling for justice while his own actions remain questionable highlights the contradictions in his stance on corruption.
