Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric met with Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob in Ljubljana on Tuesday, highlighting the positive momentum and consistency of high-level meetings that have steadily improved the political dialogue between the two countries.
Djuric remarked that his trip to Ljubljana provided an excellent opportunity to enhance the current Serbian-Slovenian relations.
Djuric stated he hoped that in the near future, the governments of both countries would organize a joint meeting to discuss additional possibilities for boosting cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.

Djuric thanked Slovenia for its support of Serbia’s pursuit of full EU membership, a strategic objective, as stated by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Discussing the situation in Kosovo-Metohija, Djuric informed Golob about the worrying situation there, highlighting that Albin Kurti’s decisions had resulted in violations of the human rights of Serbs living in the southern province.
He also noted the importance of the international presence in the region and that he valued the contribution of Slovenian forces to the KFOR mission.
