In Novi Sad, the opposition protest is being led by Dinko Gruhonjic, and his supporters have now escalated their violence by attacking women.

As shown in footage, Gruhonjic’s followers have been seen physically assaulting women across the city.

Dinko Gruhonjic is widely known for his outspoken support of Kosovo’s independence and for promoting the narrative of genocide in Srebrenica, while accusing Serbs as a whole for allegedly remaining silent during those events.

After the tragic incident in Novi Sad, where 15 people lost their lives when a canopy collapsed at the railway station, the opposition chose to stage protests, calling for violence in the streets.

These protests quickly descended into chaos, with violent acts such as the destruction of the City Hall, smashed windows and doors, thrown flares, and the defacing of the building—a cultural landmark—with paint and waste materials.

On top of this, opposition leaders physically confronted police officers who were carrying out their duties that evening, maintaining an impressive level of restraint despite the provocation.

Later, the opposition attempted to bring the protests to Belgrade, but it was a complete failure, drawing only a small crowd. Citizens made it clear they rejected the politicization of the tragedy, but the opposition remains determined, continuing daily efforts to destabilize Novi Sad.
