President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Zambia, Mulambo Haimbe.
“A cordial meeting with Minister Haimbe, during which we discussed ongoing geopolitical developments and explored concrete steps to deepen political, economic, and cultural cooperation between Serbia and Zambia. Serbia recognizes the immense potential in partnering with African nations and remains committed to building new and strengthening existing bridges of friendship and mutual respect.
We especially emphasized the importance of mutual support within international institutions, where Serbia and Zambia share the principles of respect for international law, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of states. I am grateful to Zambia for its principled positions and demonstrated support for Serbia on the international stage.
I am confident that today’s meeting will further strengthen our bilateral cooperation, and that together we will work to enhance relations in areas such as infrastructure, energy, education, agriculture, and healthcare,” Vučić wrote on his Instagram account.
