Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic hosted a farewell meeting today with Rashid Hassanpour Baei, the outgoing Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Vucic used the occasion to thank the ambassador for his dedication to deepening the relationship between the two countries.
The president also praised Ambassador Hassanpour Baei for promoting Iranian culture and heritage in Serbia, highlighting the importance of mutual understanding between the two nations.
“This meeting was a chance to reaffirm our commitment to furthering cooperation and the friendship between Serbia and Iran,” Vucic shared in a statement on his Instagram account, buducnostsrbijeav. He also wished the ambassador success in his future endeavors.
