Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic congratulated Republican candidate Donald Trump on his victory in the U.S. presidential election today.
“I congratulate Donald Trump on his win. Together, we face significant challenges ahead, Serbia is committed to working with the United States to promote stability, prosperity, and peace.” Vucic stated in a social media post shortly after Fox News projected Trump as the winner.
Vucic added that Serbia remains committed to working with the United States toward stability, prosperity, and peace.
Although Donald Trump has not yet officially won the U.S. presidential election, Fox News has already declared him the winner, as he currently holds 265 electoral votes.
