Speaker of the Serbian Parliament Ana Brnabic took to her X profile to respond to a statement by the political movement Dveri, which claimed that the ruling SNS party “only won in numbers” in Kosjeric.
“And here we have a winner in this category as well. The dumbest of all dumb statements. Equally idiotic is the media outlet that decided to publish it,” Brnabic wrote.
Her post reflects growing tensions in the aftermath of local elections, with opposition groups questioning the legitimacy of results and the ruling party fiercely defending its victories.
