Minister of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure Goran Vesicstated today that the BG train operating on the Ovca-Resnik route was stoned again, resulting in broken glass on the doors.

Vesić mentioned that the stoning occurred last night by unidentified individuals at the Kijevo stop at 10:50 PM, and that the police have completed their investigation, as announced by the Ministry of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure.

The Minister strongly condemned this incident, noting that such acts of vandalism and arrogance are not happening for the first time, reminding that the high-speed train “Soko” was also recently stoned.

Vesić pointed out that this is the fourth stoning of a train in just under three weeks, and that the same BG train was also stoned at this very location a few days ago, which, he stated, indicates that these incidents are not accidental.

The Minister called for an end to the destruction of state property, as it belongs to all citizens, and expressed hope that all individuals who stoned the BG train will be apprehended and prosecuted.
