SNS leader Milos Vucevic took to Instagram to address what he described as threats and harassment directed at him and his family.
“We’re tougher than any extremist could ever imagine,” Vucevic wrote in his post.
He confirmed that his family is safe, saying, “We’re all fine and focused on our responsibilities. I think people now see things clearly.”
Vucevic claimed that certain individuals had openly shared his home address throughout the day, urging others to show up there. “I feel sorry for my neighbors who had to deal with that chaos,” he said, adding that his younger son was removed from school and subjected to bullying — just one of many disturbing events, according to him.
“We’ve been through it all already. We’re staying strong and moving forward,” he said. “It’s disgraceful — going after someone’s home. I could never be part of a political side that stoops to that level.”
He accused political opponents of trying to ignite civil unrest. “They clearly want conflict, they want violence in the streets. But I’m going to push back even harder against that,” Vucevic added.
He ended with a warning: “Any attempt to create chaos would be devastating — not just for Novi Sad, but for the whole country.”
