This morning, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić saw off EU representative Ursula von der Leyen from Belgrade after a successful series of meetings.
In the meantime, he appeared on TV Prva, discussing pressing issues and Serbia’s position in the world, as well as various domestic political issues, including relations with coalition parties and economic indicators.
Then, he says, he took a walk through the city and stopped to buy some popcorn.
“During a break between meetings at the Presidency, I walked to Terazije and bought popcorn. Like in the old days… I adore the smell of popcorn; it takes me back to childhood and reminds me of normal life.”
“Moreover, it’s a beautiful day in Belgrade, many people are on the streets, and with popcorn, you’ll feel better, even if just for a minute,” he wrote on his Instagram profile, buducnostsrbijeav.
